Calling the Customer Care/pre-authorisation takes up a lot of my airtime, are there any alternate methods?

Answer:

Should you call for pre-authorisation it’s a free call provided that you use a land line.
Use a land line to contact our Customer Services Department as this is a shared line and you will only be responsible for 50% of the call charges.
