2 What if I am unable to call for pre-authorisation during an emergency?
Answer:
Pre-authorisation can be obtained within 72hrs following the emergency. Penalties may be imposed for failure to pre-authorise. Non-emergencies need to be pre-authorised 48 hours prior to admittance.
3 Which provider do I call for emergency evacuation?
Answer:
Momentum Health is contracted to Netcare 911, members may call 082 911 for emergency evacuation. Please note that this service may only be used for emergencies.
