What must I do first?
Your medical cover starts on the date indicated on your confirmation letter. If your study plans have changed, you need to let us know one month before your start date.
Membership termination, or start date change requests where notification has reached Momentum Health late, can unfortunately not be backdated.
Types of refunds (the requirements and documentation to be submitted differs per type of refund)
Refund into student's own local South African Bank account
- Refund into a third party's (someone else) South African bank account
- Refund into South African Student Account (University/Institution/Sponsor)
- Refund into student's own foreign bank account (outside South Africa)
- Refund into a third party's (someone else) foreign bank account held outside South Africa
- Complete the refund form - the form will indicate which sections you need to complete.
Please note the requirements and documentation to be submitted differs per type of refund
